Each member of the Arizona Parrot Head Club is responsible for his or her own actions and behavior whether negative or positive. Membership in the Arizona Parrot Head Club does not give the person permission to use Jimmy Buffett’s name, song titles, lyrics, names of businesses or other trademarked, copyrighted or reserved material owned by Jimmy Buffett. No member can use the logo of the Arizona Parrot Head Club for other than designated Club publications / items without written permission. No member can use the Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc. logo or name with out written permission from PhiP. Membership dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. Members must be 21 years of age or older.
